What is the WVUS Brand Store?
This online store was designed to enable all World Vision staff to purchase World Vision–branded promotional products with ease. Employees can go to the site, set up an account and purchase products with a credit card.

What products are available on the site?
A stock item is an item that has been produced for generic purposes and is kept in storage waiting to be sold. Such items are intended for general use and are pre-approved by the WV Brand team. Stock items will usually be delivered within 5 business days after placing your order, if ordered by 12:00 noon (Pacific time). Made to Order (or “non-stock”) items are not kept in storage. These items are available for specific planned or production orders (semi-custom), i.e., additional color options and/or logo usage pre-approved by the WV Brand team. Made to Order items will usually be delivered within 1 to 2 weeks after placing your order. Custom itemsa are made to fit the needs or requirements of a particular person or situation, and may be completely original designs. How do I get started?
To place an online order, you will need to set up an account. Go to My Account and then Create a New Account. Create your sign-in and complete the profile information. When your account has been established, you can start the shopping process. You will also receive a confirmation email from [email protected] that your account has been set up. Returning customers go to My Account and sign in with your email and password.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Our freight carriers are unable to deliver packages to P.O. boxes.

Is international shipping available?
No, we do not offer international shipping for products purchased on the store. If you are interested in shipping products internationally, please contact customer service.

How do I check the status of my order online?
Go to My Account and sign in with your email and password. Once signed in, click on My Orders for a list of your orders. If the order has shipped there will be a tracking number. If your order has not shipped, contact customer service at [email protected].

After placing an order, can I change or cancel it?
Once an order has been submitted, you will not be able to edit or cancel it online. Please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Is the store website secure?
All purchasing information is encrypted for privacy and sent through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Furthermore, your credit card information is not stored.

What is your return policy?
All stock items may be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in their original packaging. Please include a copy of the packing slip, your name, and contact information with instructions to credit or exchange for a like item. The return address is:

How do I update my profile?
Go to My Account and sign in with your email and password. Once signed in, you will be able to edit any of the information in your profile.

What if I forget my account password?
If you forget your password, go to My Account and next to the sign in button, you will see Forgot Your Password? Link. Click on this and follow the instructions to be emailed a new password. Contact customer service at [email protected] if you have any issues.
